Tranxmerica Realty was founded with the mission of "healthy agents work best". We firmly know that in order for one to be a top producing agent one needs to have the best of health: physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. This is why we offer health coaching and intentional motivation for positive health behavior and fitness. Gym, group fitness classes, crisis management support and company paid nature retreats and/or paid vacation for hard working agents are some of the perks we offer.
